Job summary

Morgan Law Partners Llp in Central London is seeking a Senior Supporter Care Officer to deliver high-quality supporter care and ensure a positive experience when contacting the charity.

The role is permanent with a salary of £33,622 to £36,863 and a hybrid setup (2 days on-site, 3 days WFH). You will supervise Supporter Care Officers, lead process improvements, and work with Fundraising and colleagues to enhance supporter satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality supporter care operations and ensure a positive experience when supporters contact the charity.
• Act as a senior operational lead within Supporter Care, supervising Staff and suppliers and leading projects to improve supporter experience and retention.
• Provide expertise in supporter care operations, complaints resolution and compliance in collaboration with the Manager and Fundraising teams.

Work for a charity in Central London as a Senior Supporter Care Officer.

Role Purpose

• To ensure supporters receive a positive and memorable experience when contacting the organisation by delivering high-quality, compliant and efficient supporter care operations.
• The post-holder will act as a senior operational lead within the Supporter Care function, embedding best practice in customer service, supervising and developing Supporter Care Officers and suppliers, and leading projects and process improvements that enhance supporter experience, satisfaction and retention.
• Working closely with the Supporter Care Manager and colleagues across Fundraising and the wider organisation, the Supporter Care Senior Officer will provide subject matter expertise in supporter care operations, complaints resolution and compliance.
