Job Description

Do you have outstanding communication, events, and customer care skills? Are you ready to bring delight to donors and help a busy team achieve key fundraising goals?

Permanent, full-time: 35 hours a week over five days. We are open to some flexibility on hours.

Hybrid working: up to 40% home working.

Starting salary: £30,925 per annum with a generous pension contribution, up to 10% employer contribution.

36 days of annual leave: pro rata (including bank holidays), plus enhanced paid leave for sickness, maternity, paternity, and adoption.

Your role

Church Mission Society is passionate about God’s mission and aims to see more people become followers of Jesus. As part of the fundraising and communications team, you will delight donors by handling inquiries as the first point of contact and proactively engaging supporters and churches to encourage giving and involvement. Your role will significantly contribute to CMS's mission work.
