Job description

We are recruiting for an Alumni Events Officer to join our client’s well-respected Oxford college, located in central Oxford.

This is a full-time, permanent role, working 36.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Plan and deliver a range of student and alumni events.
  2. Prepare guest lists and issue invitations.
  3. Be the first point of contact for alumni, directing them to the relevant individual.
  4. Assist alumni with booking events and meetings.
  5. Contribute to social media and e-newsletters to promote events.
  6. Attend weekly operational meetings to discuss upcoming events and alumni meetings.
Candidate requirements:

We are looking for an individual with strong administrative skills, experience working in a customer-facing environment, and ideally some events experience.
