About the Role:
As part of the Individual Giving Section (IGS) within our Fundraising Department, you'll work closely with the Assistant Head of Individual Giving to grow our donor base and contribute to an annual fundraising target of £50 million in unrestricted income.
In this role, you’ll be a direct marketing expert, leading cold recruitment campaigns, shaping new products and acquisition streams, and overseeing multi-channel campaigns across online and offline media. You’ll manage a seven-figure expenditure budget and provide leadership through line management of a Supporter Acquisition Officer or Executive.
