Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Cannock is seeking a committed Supported Living Manager to lead person-centred services for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs in Cannock, Burton on Trent and Tamworth. You will manage and develop a high-performing team, ensure quality, governance and regulatory compliance, and build strong relationships with families and professionals.

The role is permanent, full-time (37.5 hours), with a salary of £44,000–£45,000 per annum, paid

Qualifications

• Must hold NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience managing Supported Living services or closely related services.
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of quality, compliance and regulatory requirements.

An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Supported Living Manager to delivering outstanding, person-centred support to supported living services based in the Cannock, Burton on Trent and Tamworth. You will be based in the head office in Cannock of one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers

This is a fantastic service which provides compassionate supported living and personalised care that truly empowers adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs

As the Supported Living Manager your key responsibilities include:

• Leading and overseeing high-quality Supported Living services
• Promoting independence, choice, dignity and autonomy for the people we support
• Managing, motivating and developing a dedicated and high-performing staff team
• Creating a positive culture built around trust, respect, accountability and ambition
• Ensuring services operate in line with relevant regulations, legislation and best practice
• Maintaining high standards of quality, governance and compliance
• Building strong relationships with the people we support, their families, professionals and external stakeholders
• Supporting the ongoing development and growth of the service
• Identifying opportunities to improve outcomes and introduce innovative ways of working
• Embracing new technologies and approaches, including AI, Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and Assistive Technology

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience managing Supported Living services or closely related services
• Strong leadership and people management experience
• A proven ability to motivate, develop and retain a successful team
• A genuine passion for supporting people to achieve greater independence and autonomy
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A strong understanding of quality, compliance and regulatory requirements
• A proactive and innovative approach to service development
• The confidence to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement

To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care + Experience in a similar role

The successful Supported Living Manager will receive an excellent salary of £44,000 - £45,000 per annum - Pay frequency is monthly.
