Job summary

Arundel Care Services Ltd. is seeking a supported living manager for a 24-hour service in Durrington, Worthing. You will supervise a small team, ensure dignity and respect, and develop person-centred plans to maximise independence for three adults with learning disabilities and autism.

The role involves shift work, two admin days, some weekend work, and sleep-ins (£70 per sleep-in) with DBS checks and driving licence preferred. Salary £32,994 plus sleep-ins and on-call enhancements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working within a service that delivers care to vulnerable adults.
• Minimum Level 3 NVQ or Health & Social Care Diploma.
• Full UK driving licence is preferable to help support our service users in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and values-led management to a team of support workers.
• Work across shifts with two administrative days per week; some weekend working.
• Sleep-in duties are required and paid £70 per sleep-in.
