Job summary

Retail Trust in Derby is seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our Supported Living team at Leylands Estate. You will provide intensive housing management support to residents, helping them achieve greater independence and improve wellbeing.

In a busy office, you will conduct responsive visits, assess health, safety and welfare needs, work with the Estate Manager to resolve issues, and support residents to access services and social activities.

Responsibilities

• Conducting responsive visits to residents and carrying out assessments to support their health, safety and welfare needs.
• Working closely with the Estate Manager and wider team to identify and resolve issues using solution-focused and person-centred approaches.
• Supporting residents to maintain their independence and access appropriate services where needed.
• Assisting with the planning and delivery of social events and activities for residents across the estate.

Job description

Salary: £24,479.00 per annum (£13.45 per hour)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 35 hours per week, worked on a rota basis
