halow is recruiting a Supported Living Care Worker to provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities in Surrey. You will help plan daily activities, support independence, and encourage participation in social activities.
We offer full training including the Care Certificate and opportunities to study for NVQs. The role is 37.5 hours/week, 5 days over 7, with a starting salary of £26,000 plus £50 per sleep-in shift. DBS cost is covered and a driving licence is preferred.

You will beresponsible for:
Helping supported adults to plantheir day-to-day lives.
Supporting our supported adults to achieve theirgoals.
Helping individuals develop independent living skills within their own homes.
Encouraging people to access social activities, hobbies, work opportunities, and community events.
Some personal care and administration of medicine when required (Full training provided).
Reporting anyconcerns or potential for concern that you may have relatingto an adult we support to theappropriatepersonnel.
