Job summary

halow is recruiting a Supported Living Care Worker to provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities in Surrey. You will help plan daily activities, support independence, and encourage participation in social activities.

We offer full training including the Care Certificate and opportunities to study for NVQs. The role is 37.5 hours/week, 5 days over 7, with a starting salary of £26,000 plus £50 per sleep-in shift. DBS cost is covered and a driving licence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help supported adults plan their day-to-day lives.
• Support adults to achieve their goals and develop independent living skills.
• Encourage access to social activities, hobbies, work opportunities and community events.
• Provide personal care and administer medicine when required (full training provided).
• Report concerns about adults to appropriate personnel.
