The Supported Living Administrator will support the work of Service Managers to ensure that the people SOL works for have the best possible care and support and are enabled to live the life of their choosing.
The quality of the service SOL provides is dependent on the ability of the Supported Living Administrator to efficiently and effectively plan and coordinate the supportive structures that facilitate excellent care and support.
As a key resource for frontline service delivery the post holder will work alongside the people we support and their staff teams to ensure that all administrative operations run efficiently and smoothly.
Work in partnership with Service Managers to ensure that SOL can evidence best practice as required by external regulatory bodies such as the Care Inspectorate and Local Authority.
