Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Housing Manager for a growing supported housing portfolio in Berkshire. The role focuses on ownership of day-to-day housing management, rent accounts, compliance and strong stakeholder relationships.

You will work with care and support providers to balance housing and support functions, ensuring timely occupancy and high standards of compliance as the organisation expands.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in housing management, preferably in supported housing or social housing.
• Experience with rent accounts, arrears and Housing Benefit
• Experience with tenancy and occupancy processes
• Strong organisation and record-keeping skills
• Ability to build relationships with landlords, local authorities and partners

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day housing management across the portfolio.
• Manage tenancies, licences and occupancy agreements from sign-up to move-on/termination.
• Oversee rent accounts, Housing Benefit claims, arrears and income collection.
• Liaise with Housing Benefit teams and local authorities to resolve claims.
• Coordinate repairs with landlords, contractors and teams; inspect properties.
• Ensure compliance including gas, electrical, fire and legionella requirements.
• Handle housing-related complaints and breaches of occupancy agreements.
• Maintain housing, property and compliance records.
• Develop housing policies and controls as the organisation grows.
