Job summary

Reed Specialist Recruitment is seeking an experienced manager to lead and develop multi-site teams delivering high-quality supported housing services in London. You will drive performance against KPIs, regulatory standards and contractual requirements while embedding a strong safeguarding culture.

You will manage relationships with commissioners, partners and stakeholders, support service development and continuous improvement, and oversee service budgets to ensure efficient resource deployment

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop multi-site teams to deliver high-quality supported housing services.

Contract details:

• Salary: £32.08ph PAYE or £42.60ph umbrella
• Location: Farringdon, London
• Job Type: Contract - 4 months

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing supported housing or support services for adults with various support needs such as homelessness, mental health issues, refugees, etc.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, housing law, welfare benefits, and best practices in supported housing.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and driving performance in a multi-site environment.
• Ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in managing budgets and delivering cost-effective services.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
