Trust Housing Association is inviting applications for a part-time Supported Housing Coordinator based in Clydebank. You will support tenants to promote independent living and build trusting relationships, within a caring, inclusive team.
We offer paid training, access to SVQ qualifications, generous annual leave, pension contributions, and paid SSSC membership plus PVG checks. This is a permanent role with 14 hours over 2 days per week.
Trust Housing Association has an exciting opportunity for a Supported Housing Coordinator to join our team based in Clydebank on a part-time, permanent basis.
As Supported Housing Coordinator, you will play a key role in the lives of our tenants. Promoting and supporting independent living, you will develop a professional and caring relationship with individuals, providing advice and assistance linked to their individual support plan. In addition, you will build positive working relationships with colleagues in other agencies such as health care and social work.
We can only accept candidates residing in the UK who already have the right to work documents. All applicants must already hold the legal right to work in the UK and if successful will need to provide evidence. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer sponsorships for international applicants, or candidates currently working in the UK on a sponsored visa as we are unable to assist with renewal upon expiry.
