Dimensions is seeking a dedicated Floating Support Worker to cover Worcester and surrounding areas. This role provides care across services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex support needs.
You will support daily living, medication, community access, and social activities while building meaningful relationships and safeguarding the wellbeing of those we support. Please be adaptable, reliable and a strong communicator; experience in care is preferred.
Full Time - 37.5 hours per week (Must be Flexible with Availability)
£13.96 per hour + sleep-in payments
Driver Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)

No two days are the same in this role. You'll work across a variety of services, building meaningful relationships while gaining experience supporting people with different personalities, interests and support requirements.
Reporting to the Resource Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring people continue to receive high-quality, person-centred support whenever and wherever it's needed.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being adaptable and wants to expand their knowledge and experience within social care.
Shift patterns and service placements will be discussed throughout the recruitment process and matched wherever possible to your availability and contracted hours.
Because you'll be working across multiple locations, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
