You'll be working 42 hours a week in Thornfield Grange with Adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism along with behaviours that challenge. Working shifts of 10am - 10pm, 7.45am to 8pm and night shifts if required, inhouse meals are provided and paid handovers. This role involves working every other weekend, and bank holidays (including Christmas). Please note: A driving license is required for this role. For Insurance purposes, applicants must be 21 years of age or over and have held a full UK driving license for at least 2 years. Thornfield Grange is a specialist residential service with nursing for adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs. Based in Bishop Auckland, County Durham, Thornfield Grange supports individuals who have behaviours that may challenge, as well as those who have significant difficulties with social engagement. The role involves supporting adults with all aspects of daily life, including on occasion personal care. Accessing the community regular and taking service users on holidays and driving responsibilities. Your Day-to-Day
