Job summary

Orbis Education and Care seeks a dedicated Support Worker for our Bridgend four-bed residential service. You will provide compassionate, person-centred support to adults with autism-related needs, helping them lead more independent lives.

You will follow tailored care plans, promote wellbeing, and work with families and professionals. The role is up to 40.25 hours weekly with day and night shifts; a UK driving licence is essential.

Support Worker - Bridgend, As a Support Worker within our Bridgend four-bed residential service for adults, you'll provide compassionate, person-centred support to adults with complex autism-related needs, empowering them to lead more independent and fulfilling lives.

Hourly Rate: £13.45 to £13.75 dependent on qualifications and experience
