Job summary

Support Worker - Bridgend, As a Support Worker within our Bridgend four-bed residential service for adults, you'll provide compassionate, person-centred support to adults with complex autism-related needs, empowering them to lead more independent and fulfilling lives.What a Day Looks Like as a Support Worker with Orbis

• Supporting individuals with autism in their day-to-day lives
• Assisting with personal care, domestic tasks, and mealtime routines
• Following tailored care plans designed around each person's strengths and aspirations
• Promoting wellbeing, confidence, and independence
• Working collaboratively with families, professionals, and your team
• Keeping clear, accurate records of care and progress
