Children's Residential Care Worker - Worksop (2‑Bedroom Home)

A 2‑bedroom therapeutic children’s home in Worksop is recruiting a compassionate, resilient individual to help support young people with complex needs. You’ll work within a small, supportive team delivering structured care, daily routines, activities, emotional support and safeguarding.

In this 2‑bedroom therapeutic home, the focus is on understanding the meaning behind behaviour and responding in ways that build resilience, confidence and self‑worth. As a Residential Care Worker, you’ll model these values in every interaction, offering stability, compassion and hope to the young people you support.
