SCN Recruitment is seeking a Children's Residential Care Worker for NG12, Keyworth, Nottingham. The role is permanent, start ASAP, with £13.52–£14.82 per hour plus £75 per sleep-in. Driver required and right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available. Full induction and NVQ Level 4 support are provided.

You will join a therapeutic children’s home, supporting young people in a 3-bedroom setting, delivering structured care and emotional support within a small team.

Join a therapeutic children’s home in NG12 supporting young people in a 3 bedroom children's home.

You’ll work within a small, supportive team, helping to deliver structured care, daily routines, activities, and emotional support. Duties include implementing care plans, maintaining records, household tasks, safeguarding, and promoting positive behaviour.

We’re looking for compassionate, resilient individuals with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Full induction and training is supplied plus paid for and support with NVQ Level 4 qualification in Children's Residential.
