Location: Kent (Community-Based / Multiple Locations)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am-5 pm (40 Hours Per Week)
Travel: Regular travel to various homes and properties across Kent
We are currently recruiting for a Young Persons Support Worker to join an established housing and support provider in Kent.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people leaving care, including unaccompanied asylum-seeking young people, as they transition into adulthood and independent living.
This is a community-based role, where you will support young people living in accommodation across Kent.
You will have your own caseload and regularly travel to different properties to provide face-to-face support.
You will help young people develop the skills and confidence they need to live independently, while working closely with social workers and other professionals.
