Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintain safeguarding, recording and documentation to a high standard.
• Work therapeutically within a rural, stable home.
• For Senior roles: lead shifts, support staff and participate in decisions.

An established children's home in Bingham is recruiting a Children's Residential Support Workers to join a highly child-focused team. The home currently supports three children and is growing to four, offering a nurturing, rural environment where young people can feel safe, valued and supported.

This beautiful countryside home provides a stable, therapeutic setting with a passionate management team who prioritise emotional safety, consistency and child-centred practice. With planned expansion already underway, we offer excellent career development for both Support Workers and Senior Support Workers.
