Keys Group is seeking a Support Worker for Wyboston Lodge in Wyboston, MK44. The role involves day-to-day support for individuals with autism, promoting independence and personal development. The position requires a full UK driving licence and offers hourly pay.
As part of the Care and Support team, you will help with daily living tasks, health-care needs, budgeting, meals, and companionship, with comprehensive induction and development opportunities.
JOB ROLE:Autism Support Worker

SHIFTS: 07:30AM - 19:30PM
REQUIREMENT: MUST HAVE UK FULL DRIVING LICENCE
Wyboston Lodge supports seven people with Autism, we help to enable the people we support to structure their time; build relationships and establish a balance between activities, self-care, work and leisure, as appropriate to their individual needs. We support by working with and not for and we use our experience to help people on their journey towards greater independence and a fulfilling life.
Our staff support each person to create a person‑centred plan that tells us how they want to live their life now and in the future. Through a range of communication tools, we ensure that each person is closely involved in the development of their own plan. Each person discusses their likes, interests, goals and aspirations with their Key Worker.
Wyboston Lodge is located in a quiet village of Wyboston in Bedfordshire. This extensive refurbished property has five spacious en‑suite bedrooms and 2 studio apartments. Communal areas consist of a lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and large garden.
Keys Group supports over 2,500 individuals across England and Wales through its three divisions: Accomplish, providing specialist residential, supported living, and accommodation for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and brain injuries; Keys, offering education and care for children and families through schools, children’s homes, supported accommodation, and family assessment centres; and Peak, delivering indoor and outdoor adventure activities across four UK centres, including bespoke education programs and confidence‑building activities like bushcraft, climbing, and canoeing.
