Job summary

Keys Group is recruiting an Autism Support Worker for Cranwell Court in Wyboston, MK44. You will provide daily support to seven residents, helping with routines, independence and activities.

Shifts are 07:30–19:30. A UK driving licence is required. We offer DBS paid, progression opportunities and competitive pay.

Applicants must be over 18 due to the vulnerable nature of the people we support; full induction and a supportive employer await.

Cranwell Court supports seven people with Autism, we help toenable the people we support to structure their time; build relationships and establish a balance between activities, self-care, work and leisure, as appropriate to their individual needs. We support by working with and not for and we use our experience to help people on their journey towards greater independence and a fulfilling life.

Our staff support each person to create a person-centred plan that tells us how they want to live their life now and in the future. Through a range of communication tools, we ensure that each person is closely involved in the development of their own plan. Each person discusses their likes, interests, goals and aspirations with their Key Worker.

Cranwell Court is located in a quiet village of Wyboston in Bedfordshire. This extensive refurbished property has five spacious en-suite bedrooms and 2 studio apartments. Communal areas consist of a lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and large garden.

As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including:

  • Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
