Job summary

Royal Mencap Society in Warminster/Devizes is seeking compassionate Support Workers to help people with learning disabilities live independent, meaningful lives. You will provide daily assistance, emotional support and companionship, with shifts including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Mencap is looking for dedicated Support Workersto join our fantastic team in Warminster/Devizes.

As a Support Worker, you’ll have the chance to make a real and lasting difference in the lives of people with learning disabilities. You’ll work with a diverse group of individuals, each with their own unique strengths, personalities, and support needs.

From supporting with everyday activities to offering emotional encouragement and companionship, your role will be varied, rewarding, and truly meaningful.

• Full-time: 37.5 hours per week

Our services provide 24-hour care, and rotas are prepared at least 4 weeks in advance, giving you the flexibility to plan your personal and social life.

• Day shifts: Between 07:00 – 22:00
