Mencap in Havant is seeking caring individuals to join our team as a Full-Time Support Worker and a Relief Support Worker. You will help people with learning disabilities with daily activities, provide emotional support and build trusting relationships in a 24hr care setting.
We welcome applicants who are flexible, empathetic, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A driver is preferred but not essential; DBS clearance and references are required. Sleep-in payments apply.
We are looking for a positive, compassionate and caring Full-Time Support Worker and a Relief Support Worker to join our incredible team in Havant.
As a Full-Time Support Worker or a Relief Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.
From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life.
All our services are 24hr care. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life!
There is also a non-contractual sleep-in available where you will receive an enhanced flat-rate payment of £ 64.20.
