Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking experienced Support Workers for night shifts in the rural surrounds of Burton, offering flexible working and weekly pay.
You will support young people aged 16+ to build life skills, follow care plans, assist with meals, personal care and activities, while maintaining a safe environment.
A DBS and in-date mandatory training are required; we can help with DBS and subsidised training; references and 3 months UK care experience preferred.

This rewarding role involves working with young people aged 16 and over, helping them develop essential life skills to prepare for independent living by the age of 18.
Many of the service users may have experienced trauma in their past, so we are looking for calm, patient, and empathetic individuals who can provide consistent support and encouragement. You will follow structured care plans to assist with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and engaging in activities outside the home, all while fostering a safe and supportive environment.

This is an ongoing position for work
You will be working ad-hoc shifts to cover existing team members, with hours from 22:00 to 08:00 on varying days between Monday to Sunday.
