Job summary

A local care provider in Burton upon Trent is looking for Night Support Workers (Sleeping & Waking) to provide essential overnight care. In this part-time role, you'll create a safe environment, assist with personal care, and maintain clear communication with the daytime team. Ideal candidates will be compassionate and patient, with excellent communication skills. You will receive full training and support as you work night shifts on a flexible rota, making a real difference while others sleep.

Salary: £12.50 - £13.00 per hour
Contract Type: Bank Staff
Shifts: Night shifts 22:00 - 06:00 (sleep-in and waking nights)

We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Night Support Workers to join our dedicated team providing essential overnight care and support to individuals in community‑based settings.
