You will support a group of young adults aged 24 to 26 moving into their own homes in Elgin. They require assistance in learning new skills, exploring opportunities, and developing independence. The support involves 1:1 and 2:1 care during day, evening, and night shifts. The individuals enjoy activities like walking, attending local groups, and outdoor activities, and they benefit from energetic, supportive staff eager to learn and support their independence.
Training tailored to their needs includes Moving and Positioning, Acquired Brain Injury, Epilepsy, Visual Impairment, and ADHD. We value patience, empathy, reliability, honesty, determination, problem-solving skills, and resilience in our staff.
