If you're caring, reliable, flexible, and passionate about supporting others to achieve the life they desire, then you could be who we are looking for! Applicants must be prepared to work flexibly as part of the team to meet the needs of the people who use our service. Supports will include work in the evenings and weekends as well as sleepovers and waking nights when required.
A commitment to a person-centred approach is essential, and experience of working with people with learning disabilities is desirable.
