Dimensions is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker in Portsmouth (PO1 & PO2) to provide compassionate, person-centred care overnight. You’ll ensure safety, dignity, and wellbeing for people with complex needs in a home environment, with shifts from evening to morning.
Training and DBS are provided, with progression opportunities within Dimensions. We welcome caring, patient individuals who can work independently at night and maintain clear records.

We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and proactive Waking Night Support Workers to join our teams across our homes in the Portsmouth area (PO1 & PO2).
You will be supporting people with profound learning disabilities, complex physical disabilities, and a range of health needs. Experience supporting people with autism and an understanding of behaviours of distress would be advantageous, although a calm, patient, and person-centred approach is most important.
Working independently during overnight hours, you'll be responsible for promoting wellbeing, maintaining a safe environment, and providing high-quality support tailored to each person's individual needs.
