Job summary

Snap Care in London (W4) is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist Chris, 18, with daily routines, personal care, and community activities. The role is part-time, with after-school hours on weekdays during term time, plus holiday coverage and occasional overnight shifts.

Job description

Support Worker in London, W4. £22.93 gross per hour. A rewarding opportunity to support Chris, 18, who has Coffin-Lowry Syndrome and Global Developmental Delay. Chris is a loving, sociable teenager who enjoys sensory activities, public transport and getting out into the community.

Key Information

• Job Title: Support Worker
• Pay: £31,622.50 gross per annum; £22.93 gross per hour; on-call: £15.50 gross per hour
• Location: London, W4
• Start Date: ASAP
• Hours and Days of Work: Monday to Friday in term time, 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM; school holidays, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; one overnight shift per month during term time. Optional weekend hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, by agreement.

• Accommodation / Facilities: Guest room available when working the on-call night
