Description

As a support worker you enable people with learning disabilities to live safe, fulfilling, and dignified lives in supported accommodation or their own home. We have positions available across a variety of services in Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, Camden, Islington, Southwark and Hammersmith & Fulham.

Duties

• In each of our services we support approximately 5-10 people.
• We support people with a range of support needs from low to high; with old age/ dementia, profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD), autism/mental health.
• We also operate outreach services for people who live more independently.
• We work on a rota which includes working some weekends, early and late shifts. If you prefer to work nights, we also have some services with waking night shifts.

Additional information

Working patterns: Full-time, part-time, or bank hours that you choose. Day or night hours available.

Salary information: £14.80 per hour / £28,860 per year (37.5h per week). £16.59 per hour for overtime & sessional. 8
