iDirect is seeking passionate individuals to support a young man in Westbury, England, who has a learning disability. This role involves active support to help him lead an engaging and fulfilling life.

iDirect support people who have a learning disability, autism and mental health, to live in their own homes in the community. Each person has a package of support that is unique and designed around them to ensure they have a life they have reason to value.
We are looking for passionate, hardworking and experienced individuals who are able to think on their feet, be able to problem solve and remain solution focused at all times, in the Westbury Wiltshire area.
Experience in autism, learning disabilities and mental health support is preferred including experience in providing active support, however, not essential as full training and support will be provided.
