Snap Care in London (W4) is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist Chris, 18, with daily routines, personal care, and community activities. The role is part-time, with after-school hours on weekdays during term time, plus holiday coverage and occasional overnight shifts.

• Essential Experience: Experience supporting a young person with additional needs and experience providing personal care.
• Experience supporting an individual with behaviours that may challenge.
• Driver Preferred: for outings, but not essential.
