Job summary

Liaise Loddon in Basingstoke is seeking compassionate care workers to support adults with autism and challenging behaviour, helping with daily living and personal care, and enabling social activities from horse riding to cinema trips.

You will receive extensive induction and full training, a bi-weekly rota with every other weekend off, and pay that starts at £9.10–£9.66 per hour (£18,454.80–£19,590.48 per year). Successful applicants will undergo Enhanced DBS checks paid by us.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check required as part of pre-employment screening.
• Full employment history since leaving full-time education.
• Experience in Home Carer, Care Worker or related health/social care roles welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with autism and challenging behaviour with daily living and personal care.
• Encourage choices, develop life skills, and enable participation in activities.
• Provide induction and training support to work confidently in a positive behaviour framework.
