Job summary

Be part of the NHS family as a Bank Support Worker at Lichfield Lane, Twickenham. You will provide caring support to people with Learning Disabilities and Autism, working with a multidisciplinary team to promote independence and meaningful activity.

Shifts include days, nights and weekends; DBS disclosure is required and training is provided. Twickenham location, hourly rate £13.11, with 2-week induction, free meals and parking, wellbeing support and pension option.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a caring nature and empathy toward people with learning disabilities and autism.
• DBS clearance or willingness to undergo disclosure checks is required.
• Ability to work flexibly across day, night and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall care and support to service users, including personal care when needed.
• Assist with daily living activities and promote independence and social inclusion.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care in a safe environment.
