Job summary

Sterling Cross Trading LLP is recruiting Support Workers to assist adults across Gateshead and Newcastle areas, helping them live as independently and confidently as possible.

We offer full training and ongoing support to build your skills and confidence. You’ll work in varied roles across several locations, with duties including daily routines, activities, and potential personal care and medication support where trained.

Qualifications

• NVQ/RQF Level 2 or equivalent required or willingness to work towards it.
• Genuine interest in supporting people to live independently.
• Applicants must have unrestricted UK Right to work; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with daily routines and independent living.
• Help people access activities and community engagements.
• Assist with personal care, when trained and required.
• Support with medication administration when trained to do so.
• Assist with household tasks and maintain a safe living environment.
