Job summary

Prospero Health is seeking reliable and compassionate Support Workers to provide flexible, well-paid care across Worcester and surrounding areas. The role covers work with children, young people, families and adults with autism, behavioural challenges and mental health needs.

• Support individuals across Worcester and surrounding areas, including children, young people, families or adults.
• Assist with autism and additional needs, emotional and behavioural difficulties, mental health and community access.
• Provide crisis and emergency support where needed.
• Contribute to regular placements, and work with local authorities and private care providers.
