Job summary
Intelligence Recruitment is seeking experienced Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants for flexible agency assignments in Swindon and surrounding areas.
We provide opportunities with services supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and other care needs. Weekly PAYE pay, holiday pay and flexible hours are offered, with day, night and weekend shifts available.

Job Type: Temporary / Agency / Full-time / Part-time
Intelligence Recruitment is looking for experienced Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants for flexible agency assignments in Swindon and surrounding areas.
We regularly recruit for services supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and additional care needs.
- Pay from £13.50 per hour
- Higher rates on selected shifts
- Weekly PAYE pay every Friday
- Holiday pay included
- Flexible days and hours
- Day, night and weekend work
- Regular opportunities with established care providers
This is ideal for experienced carers who want the flexibility of agency work while still having access to regular shifts.
- Previous professional care/support experience
- Reliable and professional
- Good written and verbal communication
- Right to work in the UK
- Relevant healthcare training
- Enhanced DBS or willingness to complete one
Applicants with experience in supported living, residential care, learning disabilities, autism, medication or complex care are particularly welcome.
