Bare Hall Quality Carers offers a person-centred service in a new scheme of 13 flats, enabling clients to live as independently as possible. The Support Worker (Waking Nights) role may involve personal care, night-time observations, medication support, and assistance for clients with Autism, Aspergers, Acquired Brain Injury, and Learning Difficulties. All training will be provided, including paid shadow shifts.
We welcome support workers interested in expanding their knowledge within the care sector. Experience in specific areas is not mandatory, but relevant knowledge is advantageous. Driving is not required but is desirable. The role is based in one building, with opportunities for waking night shifts and sleep-in shifts, which will be discussed at interview.

This position is in the Lancaster area. All support workers must be over 18. The shift pattern is mainly waking nights, with overtime available for flexible candidates.
