Job summary

Field Lane is a charity-based provider in Hadleigh, Suffolk, seeking a Senior Care and Support Worker to join a dedicated team in a supported living project for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

You will deliver person-centred care, assist with daily living tasks, promote dignity and independence, and maintain confidential records while following safeguarding and health and safety policies. DBS checks and UK right-to-work are required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Care (or willingness to complete).
• Driving licence ( required)
• Ideally, 6+ months experience supporting adults with learning disabilities.
• A caring, empathetic, and non-judgemental attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to remain calm, cheerful, and professional in challenging situations.
• Commitment to high standards and person-centred support.

Responsibilities
