Royal Mencap Society in Southport is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our teams. The role involves a 25-hour weekly contract with rota shifts across weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and sleep-ins. A manual driving licence is preferred but not essential.
You will support individuals to live independently, build relationships, and participate in local community activities. Personal care tasks may be required as part of duties.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Support Worker to join the fantastic teams based in Southport. We have 1 x 25 hour position available .

Working time will be on a rota basis with shifts spread across the weekdays, weekends and bank holidays including mornings, afternoons, evenings and sleep ins.
The shift timings are:
10am - 10pm & 8am - 10pm
Sleep in - 10pm - 7am
As a Support Worker you will be expected to provide an outstanding level of support that will help to ensure the people we support live a more comfortable, dignified, liberated and happy life.
