Job summary

We are care ltd. is seeking caring individuals to support adults with learning disabilities across two services near Loughborough, Shepshed. Sleep-ins may be available.

You will help people live well in residential and supported living settings, choosing shifts that fit your schedule and building stable team relationships. Applicants should have at least 6 months of paid UK care experience, a reference, and the right to work in the UK. An enhanced DBS or willingness to apply is required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs is a real plus.
• At least 6 months of paid UK care experience, with a reference.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS, or willing to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support adults to live well in residential and supported living services.
• Work days, nights and weekends—pick the shifts that suit you.
• Provide consistent care with regular shifts with the same teams.
• Sleep-in shifts available.
