Job summary

We Are Care is seeking experienced support workers for two residential and supported living services in Shepshed, near Loughborough (LE12), supporting adults with learning disabilities, with sleep-ins available.

Regular shifts with the same teams, so you get to know the people you support. Days, nights and weekends, part-time and full-time, and you choose the shifts that suit you. Fair pay, with holiday pay included in your hourly rate and a workplace pension where eligible.

Qualifications

• Experience working with adults with learning disabilities is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities in residential and supported living services.
• Participate in sleep-ins where required and maintain a safe, supportive environment.
