Job summary

We Are Care is seeking experienced support workers to join a supported living service in Sileby, near Loughborough (LE12). You will support adults with learning disabilities, with options for day, night, and weekend shifts, including sleep-ins where required.

Regular shifts with the same teams help you build strong relationships with the people you support. Holiday pay is included in the hourly rate and a workplace pension is available where eligible.
