Contract: Temporary/Perm

Hours: Day shift and Sleep-in shifts

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to join our team providing essential care for young residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Support young people with daily activities, including personal care, education, and social engagement.
• Support with day and sleep-in shifts, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents overnight.
• Work as part of a therapeutic care team, delivering tailored support to help young people thrive.

Requirements

• Residential Childcare Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous therapeutic care experience is desirable.
• Experience working in Children’s Residential settings.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Up-to-date Enhanced DBS for Adult/Child workforce, on the update service.
