Framework is excited to announce the launch of our new Supported Accommodation Service for young people in Nottingham City, and we are looking for enthusiastic and empathetic Support Workers to join our experienced and established team. About the Role The Nottingham City Young People's Accommodation Service will consist of two core buildings, with staff on-site 24 hours a day, alongside smaller semi-independent properties located within the city. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping vulnerable, homeless young people, aged between 16 and 21, to build on their existing skills to live independently and maximise their potential.
You will be providing support across both the core services and through regular visits to young people living in the community. Shifts will be carried out at the core service, with opportunities to engage with the young people in their own independent living spaces. Key Responsibilities
