We’re hiring for Support Workers in Faringdon, Oxfordshire

Your skills and life experience could be a great match for our support worker role.All you need is a willingness to learn, flexibility, a can-do attitude and a desire to help someone live a full life!

You will support five people sharing their home together. They enjoy a variety of hobbies and clubs, which include walks, cinema, shows, shopping, eating out to going away on holiday. No day is the same.

The support you provide will be centred around each person’s values, preferences and needs which could include developing daily living skills, personal care, use of moving and handling equipment and medication needs.

UK manual driving licence desirable.

This role is open to female applicants only, as the requirements of the role qualify as an occupational requirement under the Equalities Act 2010.

All support workers work flexible shifts to provide a 24/7 service. Successful applicants for this role will require an enhanced DBS check.
