Randstad Education is recruiting a passionate Learning Support Worker for a vibrant SEN centre in the community. You will develop communication and independence in young adults with learning difficulties, including ASD, supporting life and employability skills.
The role is Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with 1:1 and small-group support on-site and occasional community activities. DBS checks and safeguarding are part of the process.

This fabulous SEN centre is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Learning Support Worker to change the lives of young adults with learning difficulties including Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). Your focus will be to help your students become effective communicators and independent individuals. Your support learners with life skills, employability skills and further education support.
Your support learners on a 1:1 and small group basis. This is based in an education centre however some of the work you do will be supporting in the community.
This role is needed Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
