Dimensions Ltd is seeking a Relief Support Worker to provide person-centred care and assistance across locations in Cleveland, Middlesbrough and Redcar. The role offers flexible full-time or part-time shifts with driving to reach hard-to-access locations.
Applicants should be caring, ambitious and kind, with the option to work across various shifts and days. The position supports adults with learning disabilities and autism, helping them live independently and engage in activities.
FULL UK Manual Driving License and access to a car (due to some hard to get to locations) is Required

Monday – Sunday: 09:00 – 23:00 (includes sleepover) & 07:00 – 09:00 the next day
Wednesday: 12:30 – 18:00
All other days: 15:00 – 19:00
